Once upon a time, a girl woke up and thought she'd like to share her thoughts. At first, she felt lost, since she didn't know if all her thoughts can be shared. On her way to find her place in the internet world, she realised, she can publish whatever she loves, so here we go...

One of our Uni projects was a Theatrical Performance Space Design project when we had to produce a SET design proposal for one of Shakespeare's plays. What we had to do: > Carry out research into set design (incl. lighting, acoustics, materials, construction, etc) > Develop our design proposals through model-making and sketching > Produce a set of CAD drawings that illustrate our design proposal Shakespeare's Play: The Tempest Inspiration for design: Anish Kapoor Keywords: absence & presence, illusion, unconscious, void Location of the set: University of Bedfordshire, Luton
As Level 2 students of Interior Architecture/Design in University of Bedfordshire, we were asked to create our own short creative movies.
At first, we had to watch 6 movies from worldwide famous directors, such as: Hitchcock or Michel Gondry. After everybody chose 1 motion picture, which they were most attracted by, we grouped ourselves according the selected movie and we were advised to view it again together like zillion times!
Finally, we identified our brand values carefully picked from the movie and subsequently created our own short movies with these keywords in our minds.
And here is the movie, my group, Look Around, created:
Writers: Alena Boldisova, Elena Antonovici, Anna Turczynska, Elina Ponomarjova Director: Alena Boldisova Production Managers: Alena Boldisova, Elena Antonovici Editing: Alena Boldisova Starring: Man - Adam Kypet Woman - Elena Antonovici Music: The Chemical Brothers - Surface to Air I hope you enjoyed it ;)
As part of 'Experimental Learning' project, students had to take a static image from their own short films and depict this image in the form of a 3D model. Here is my static image followed by my photos of the model:
Here are some close-ups:
All photographs are my own and therefore are subjected to copyright matter.
In establishing influences between the source movies and our own creative work we had to derive 3 brand values from our chosen source movie. *brand value in this context means a perceived or actual quality or characteristic of the film, which uniquely defines or distinguishes it.
My Group Name: LOOK AROUND Our source movie: THE ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND Brand values: EVANESCE, IMPULSIVE, UNDEVIATING To create brand value image we had to digitally manipulate an existing image, so it would eventually give the brand value expression.
Evanesce = because the main characters from movie decides to erase their shared memories.
Impulsive = because it is sudden and unexpected decision to at first erase their love from their brains and subsequently the strong need to stop the nonsense erasing.
Undeviating = because they end up exactly where they started.
